Listening Station Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Listening Station LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit our website, book a phone conversation, or purchase a thoughtful email reply.

  1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, booking details, purchase information, and anything you choose to share with us by email or during a call. Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, and website activity.

Please share only what you are comfortable discussing through a phone or online service.

  1. How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and provide conversations, send your email reply, process purchases, communicate about appointments or orders, respond to questions, maintain business records, and keep our website and services working properly. If you choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

  1. Services that help us operate

Podia hosts our website and handles customer accounts and checkout. Stripe processes payments. Cal.com helps schedule phone appointments. Our email, calendar, and phone providers help us communicate with you and provide the service. A Time.is clock appears on our website so visitors can check Chicago time. These providers may handle information needed for their services under their own privacy policies.

Listening Station does not store your full payment card number.

  1. Privacy of conversations

We treat what you share with us with care and limit access to people who need the information to provide or support your service. We do not sell the contents of your conversations. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety, or to address misuse of the service. Phone and online communications cannot be guaranteed completely private or secure.

  1. Website technology

Our website and the services connected to it may use cookies or similar technology to operate the site, remember settings, process purchases, and understand site use. The Chicago clock connects to Time.is. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some site features may not work as intended if you block them.

  1. Keeping and protecting information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, handle questions or disputes, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no online system is completely secure.

  1. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question. Some information may need to be retained for legal, payment, or business record purposes. You can also manage information held by a service provider through that provider’s privacy settings or by contacting the provider.

  1. Adults only

Listening Station’s services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer our services to children.

  1. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the updated version here with a new date.
